Step into the Modern Office Design for HABENO Financial Advisory, a prestigious project located in the heart of Marbella Golden Mile. Pueblo Rico was entrusted with the design and execution of the headquarters for this specialized mortgage company.

Our focus was to create a functional space that promotes productivity and encourages interaction among employees, while also prioritizing acoustic insulation features. The office design strikes a balance between openness and privacy, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment.

     

       

The office layout includes two well-appointed meeting rooms, a CEO office for executive needs, and a flexible setup of 12 to 19 workstations. Additionally, a dedicated phone and videocall soundproof booth provides a private space for important conversations.

To enhance the overall experience, we incorporated a stylish snack bar, providing a convenient area for employees to recharge and enjoy breaks. The design seamlessly integrates aesthetics and functionality, catering to the needs and preferences of the HABENO team.
