HIGUERON WEST – INTERIOR DESIGN
This project is located in the luxurious urbanization of the same name, in the municipality of Mijas.
The decorated unit is a sky villa, with views of almost three hundred degrees to the sea and mountains and very luxurious top brand finishes.
Our intervention could not be less than a totally personalized offer, custom-made for this magnificent property and meeting the highest quality standards.
Therefore, our design has focused on maximizing that connection between the interior and exterior of the house, playing with textures and materials that allow us to reinforce the feeling of unity.
Upon entering the house through both the private elevator and the stairway door, we find an ultra-luminous hall, generous in size and decorated only with a piece made especially for the client, a low upholstered seat that does not obstruct the views. White, minimalist and functional, it provides the entrance with a space to wait or put on our shoes before going out with a touch of glamour.
This hall connects directly with the open living room, where the luminosity of the space is only interrupted by the elegant wood and iron furniture.
Our favorite piece in the living room is the oval dining table, in dark walnut, with a top that is a work of art: made up of multiple pieces of wood, which, cut and arranged in different directions, give the final finish in the shape of a star and on the other hand, its solid iron base, decorated with screws and plates, have convinced us that this table is the star of the room.
The light colors of the upholstery allow us to reinforce the emphasis that we wanted to place on these elements that have been created with special attention to every detail of the design. But let the light colors not confuse us, the small decorative iron inlays on the sofa, the secret storage compartment in the coffee table or the soft rounded lines of the armchairs, are just some of the elements that we have paid special attention and should not go unnoticed.
Continuing our tour towards the rest area, we find the master bedroom that integrates a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom, both with natural lighting that comes from the ceiling, allowing us the luxury of seeing the sky when taking a shower or changing, without mention that these modern natural lighting systems for those areas where there are no windows have a positive impact on the feeling of well-being as well as on the reduction of energy consumption. But returning again to the bedrooms, as in the living room, our design is made up of handmade pieces, with great care in the details.
The selected carpentry in smoky gray eucalyptus with a matte finish where we leave the pore and natural grain of the wood visible, gives an exotic and elegant touch, while combining perfectly with the soft gray cotton upholstery and the walls, covered in paper with subtle metallic reflections.
In the guest bedrooms, we have wanted to continue with this style and we have opted for the combination of gray tones, polished steel, smoky gray wood and we have enriched the space with the softness of velvet for the upholstery and the luxurious cushions from the most exquisite collections of the most renowned textile editors.
The details here again are everything, a table lamp with an alabaster shade or the geometric shapes of the mirrors, all flowing and converging in the perpetual sense of elegant serenity typical of this luxury sky villa.
And now, to move outside, with the simple gesture of opening the windows, we find ourselves in a quiet solarium, with loungers to enjoy the sun and the views, or in the kitchen area, made up of an outside lounge, or in the bar and pool area elegantly dressed with outdoor furniture from one of the leading brands in the world in terms of outdoor, and thus we culminate this textual tour of our project in Higuerón West.
At Pueblo Rico we understand that each project is unique and requires a personalised level of service and expertise. Due to this, we offer a range of services to meet different needs, and budgets
